I liked the Furiosa character in the Fury Road movie. I hated, hated, hated the character in her origin movie. 🤦🏼 I hate characters that are clever and resourceful sometimes and utterly STUPID at other times. Listening to Chris Hemsworth's exaggerated Australian accent took a while for me to get accustomed to. 🤷

I like watching films.

I wonder how many times have a pair of actors been lovers/married in one movie and siblings in another. 🤔 The original Star Wars trilogy doesn't count. 🤣

My parents and I just came back home after seeing this movie. We had a great time. My father agrees with me that Godzilla isn't written like a "protagonist" though.

You're right. Arrival is pretentious and boring. Blade Runner 2049 is a bad imitation of Blade Runner. Dune Part 1 is a boring adaptation. Dune Part 2 makes me 🤬.

Totally agree. Prisoners is a masterpiece but the quality of his films after that has gone downhill. I actually fell asleep watching Sicario the first time because it was too slow. Blade Runner 2049 took no risks to advance the story and basically recycles the original with Roger Deakins cinematography which doesn’t make it good. Making Timothee Chalamet the lead in Dune was a mistake since he can’t really make me care for Paul Atreides.
